8 Tips For Raising Your Vibrational Energy

Every day millions and millions of people are digesting toxic foods, breathing polluted air, over-consuming alcoholic beverages, filling the body full of stress, and are surrounded by artificial electrical, magnetic fields known as EMFs.

The human body is your temple, and to match the vibration of your desires, you must learn how to make a shift in a new direction. If you only knew how supernatural your inner being is, you would be more apt to take better care of it.

There are so many marvels about our bodies which many people don’t even realize. For example, when you go to sleep at night, do you tell yourself to keep breathing, so you stay alive?

What keeps your lungs full of oxygen?

Do you tell your heart to circulate the 2000 gal. of blood every day throughout your entire system which adds up to over 12,000 miles?  [1].

There is infinite intelligence living within all of us, and it is making miracles happen every day. You just need to be present and mindful of the moment to notice.

We are made up of 7 billion, billion, billion atoms which 40% of these atoms have the same molecular structure as the stars of the universe. An atom is a foundation for electrical energy, which is supposed to flow freely throughout our nervous system.

But this energy has been restricted by all the impurities you are putting into our bodies. Not just the foods and beverages, but from stress, destructive emotions, other people’s negative energy, and the EMFs from the cell phones, computers, cell towers.

I am not saying you must stop using your cell phones, but if you are consciously aware of these toxins, you can develop a better understanding of how to clear your body from these energy drainers.

If you want to raise your vibes and co-create your hearts desires by utilizing the laws of the universe, then follow these eight tips for cleaning out all the negative energy which has built up over your lifetime.

1 –  Drink More Water

I can remember how my parents would always tell me to drink plenty of water when I was sick. It never really made any sense to me back then, but water is one of our best detoxifiers. Water flushes out all the impurities we consume into our bodies.

My wife and I are big into the ancient healing of essential oils and have used them in our household for the past decade. During my morning routine, I add a couple of drops of pure therapeutic grade lemon essential oil into my glass of water to remove any impurities in my body, plus it helps increase energy, balance my PH levels, boosts my mood, improve digestion, and it is a powerful antioxidant.

Water not only helps detoxify our bodies, but it makes us more conductive. Being an electrician, I have been studying the electrical conductivity of the human body and have found hydration is a critical factor in increasing energy and raising vibrations.

How many times have you told someone you don’t have enough energy?

Well, our bodies are very resistive to the electrical energy, and by adding the proper amount of water throughout your day, you are increasing the pathway of conductivity.

This allows spiritual power such as prana, chi, or the holy ghost to flow freely. When this happens you will start to notice an increase in your energy levels allowing you to take on any challenge.

2 – Detox with an Epsom Salt Bath

Throughout your day interacting with the naysayers, Debbie Downers, energy vampires, plus all the EMFs your energy becomes drained.

The natural flow of your life force energy is disrupted because of the irregular frequencies produced by technology. If you are a hermit living in the mountains, enlightenment and the natural flow of positive energy would be much simpler.

But not all of us want to live in the mountains as a hermit. We just need to go with the flow and learn how to clear out the restrictive electrical paths.

By taking showers and baths, it’s like a spiritual baptism revitalizing all the stagnant energy surrounding your body called the aura.  To restore this outer field, we recommend using Epsom salt

To raise your vibrations and manifest your desires, you must be able to live in a state of ease. With jobs increasing deadlines and production, it becomes almost impossible to be relaxed.

But with continual practice and self-care, one can learn to protect thyself.

Our body vibrates with a frequency averaging around 60 to 70 Megahertz. While essential oils are one of the highest vibrational forms of organic substances ranging from 52 MHz to 320 MHz, these oils are impressive, and when used in your bath time can enhance your vibrational frequency.

Here is our go-to Epsom salt bath recipe.

Ingredients

1 Cup of Epsom Salt

10 Drops of Lavender Oil

10 Drops of Coconut Fractional Oil

3 – Raise Your Vibration by Eating Healthier

Part of living a happier and more active life, one must be more conscious of what you put into your body. You only get one of them.

The foods you eat have an impact on your emotional state and this correlates to your vibrational frequency. So, if you feel depressed, drained, sluggish, and you are sick often, start fueling body full of the right nutrients.

By having a well rounded nutritional diet your digestion, circulatory, respiratory, along with your brain will be more likely to operate at its peak performance.

This will help raise your vibes and give you the much-needed energy to function in today’s society.

Eating low vibrational processed foods can negatively impact your well being keeping you from obtaining those big goals in your life.

Not to mention, it affects your immune system, and we know what this does to your emotional state…

The foods you eat have a direct relation to how all your internal parts are functioning. While eating poor quality of foods can leave you with brain fog and feeling sluggish throughout your day.

Instead of eating processed foods, try blending a good quality smoothie

, or eating some nutritional foods. Trust me, your body will thank you. The vitamins from these fruits and vegetables will help improve your mood, your energy, raise your vibrations, and boost your immune system.

4 – Start a Yoga Routing

There are many exercises which will give you great results. But something happened to me, which deeply rooted me with my yoga routine. I used to be one of those guys who lifted heavyweights trying to bulk up.

But due to me playing hard, racing dirt bikes, sports, and many other adventures, my many injuries started catching up to me.

The heavy lifting had to go because my joints and my back did not agree with this style of lifting.

I am 44 years old, and I know the importance of having a healthy body. If I don’t take care of it, my emotional state will suffer.

When I exercise my energy skyrockets, giving me the superpowers needed to keep up with my job, multiple online businesses, my positive attitude, and giving the much-needed attention to my busy daughters.

What I found out over ten years ago as I had a pinched sciatic nerve which played havoc on my exercise routine and my mood. It tried everything to relieve the pain. I could not lift anymore without irritating the nerve.

I finally found what I thought was the solution to my problem — injections of cortisone into my spine.

UGG! ☹

It was not fun, but I was convinced this would prolong me from having my vertebras surgically fused.

I have spent over ten years getting these shots every six months into my L-4 & 5 vertebras to relieve the pressure. What a challenge it has been for me going through this process.

This all changed since I have been consistently practicing yoga every day for the last two years. As if by magic, I finally noticed significant release in pressure in my lower back. It has been over a year now where I haven’t got any shots in my spine.

I finally experienced relief from my pinched sciatic nerve.

With my pinched nerve, there became a restrictive path disrupting the natural flow of current leaving me feeling agitated and miserable.

Something is compelling about the ancient art of yoga. It connects your mind, body, and soul while holding postures, which opens your nervous system up to allow energy to flow freely. This, to me, is significant proof of the tremendous healing power yoga.

I haven’t missed a beat with my yoga practice, and I feel more energetic and alive.

5 - Meditate for Energy

Along with my regular yoga practice, I have incorporated a strict meditation practice. I was a little skeptical at the beginning. But just like with yoga, I became addicted. I have been practicing the art of meditation for over two years now twice a day.

What I have found by continuously doing this routine, is that I increased my energy and I boosted my immune system.

Not to mention, I no longer experience addictions, such as to alcohol.  I also have a more profound sense of gratitude, I feel happier, and I am more connected to my inner self.

I used to get sick all the time, especially during the school season. My kids are like a petri dish full of germs. They would come home with a drippy nose, and if I even looked at them, I was sick.

Just like the marvelous healing, I found that yoga and meditation helped me make it through two school seasons without getting sick.

Many of you have busy lives filled with stress, poor eating choices, and constant interaction with energy vampires. This directly correlates to what you are manifesting into your life through the laws of the universe.

You are left with drained energy and vibrating at a very low frequency...

Once you wake up the infinite intelligence within you, your soul will begin to purge out these toxins which have been stored in your body throughout your lifetime.

All it takes is 20 minutes to sit quietly and become conscious of your overactive thoughts. It is time to find some peacefulness in your life and take better care of your mind and spirit. If you don’t know how to meditate, there are many ways you can practice.

I began my journey by reading the book 7 Pillars of Zen and then escalated into studying with spiritual teachers such as Ex Buddhist Monk Dandapani, and Emily Fletcher who teaches the 3 M's.

Many of you may wonder why someone would want to invest in the art of Zen. Well, after Steve Jobs went on his spiritual journey to India, his Apple and Pixar vision later became his reality.

Albert Einstein learned from Indian Mystic Tagore the importance of using the intuitive mind for problem-solving. Einstein learned how to tap into his inner being and used visualization techniques to come up with his many well-known theories.

The point is if you want to make the impossible possible, you must become supernatural, and the only way to do this is by perfecting the art of meditation. Start studying those who stand out from the rest of the crowd, and you will find most of them practice meditation.

This spiritual exercise is all about focus, breathing correctly, becoming the observer, being present, mindfulness, posture, and bliss.

Establishing a spiritual routine can and will take some discipline. This will not work if you only do it now and then. You must commit to consistent practice to reap the benefits. The more you do, the better the results.

I meditate twice a day with a minimum of 20 minutes. On Sunday morning, I push even longer. Once you get a glimpse of the spark of light within you, your life will change.

I am here to tell this awakening to the divine will be the fuel which keeps you consistent with your regular practice, and going after those hard to reach goals...

Your mind will either make you or break you. Many people keep going through life on autopilot without any passion or sense of direction. Your dreams may have been shattered.

Or you just have settled for a corporate job which is sucking the life out of you...

But your perception of your life is merely an illusion created by your mind. Establish command over your being and take your life back.

Your focus directs where your energy will be flowing and where this energy is flowing is what manifests.

When you become conscious, you will realize your attention has been misguided. By learning how the mind works, you have a better chance of raising your vibrations and attracting what you desire into your life.

Until you understand you are the master of your subconscious mind, it will continue running the show. The thoughts you think, and your environment has an impact on the programming of your subconscious mind.

If you keep speaking and thinking negative self-destructive thoughts, you are fueling your mind for low vibration.

The results you are getting are the result of your environment, which is caused by your thoughts, the people you hang out, the shows you watch, the books you read and so on...

What you put into your mind will either raise your energy levels or drain it.

Your mind is like a garden which needs to have these negative thoughts pulled out. Start planting new seeds full of positivity. The subconscious mind does not know the difference between the truth and a lie. It never sleeps and can be reprogrammed through autosuggestion.

So, the more you keep telling yourself how awesome and amazing you are, the more you become awesome and amazing.

8 - Practice Mindful Activities

Have you ever been driving on a long trip and when you arrive at your destination you could not remember anything? While you were daydreaming, your subconscious mind was behind the wheel.

This is what is happening throughout your life. You are running on autopilot throughout your day while your subconscious mind is behind the wheel.  90% of your actions and habits are formed by your subconscious mind.

You may not realize it, but every time you are unconscious, your subconscious mind takes control of your life. It is running on a program that has been influenced by everyone in your life, including you.

Do you remember when your parents told you something over and over?

This becomes lodged deep into the core of your being, which over time, creates your identity. Your past has dictated your perception of who you believe you are. This either fuels your energy or drains it.

The same goes for coworkers, friends, teachers.

Ask yourself, are these people charging your batteries or are they draining them???

You are a product of your environment. The problem is that not all these influential people have had your best interest and may have steered you on the wrong path.

You are the potter with your hands in the clay. Your imagination, the words you speak, thoughts you think, and the actions you take are forming your results.

Are you speaking words such as; I am always broke; I am still sick, I am not good enough, I am not worthy…

These words are lowering your vibrational frequencies and attracting like energy. What you think about you will become. You must realize you have the power to change your mind and your beliefs. It begins by becoming mindful of what is going on in your environment.

You must stop letting your subconscious mind run your life.

You are the master of your fate. You are the captain of your ship. Your subconscious mind is your ship and it is floating out at sea with no captain. You must wake up, take command of your life, and steer in a new direction.

Your subconscious mind has supernatural powers, but it needs a guide to keep it in check.

Once you start realizing your conscious mind is the master, while your subconscious mind is the servant, you will be more likely to watch your thoughts like a hawk.  By being mindful and focusing, you can break free from your old limiting habits and beliefs.

By practicing being present and mindful of your thoughts and your actions, it puts you back into the captain’s seat.

Start being fully present during conversations.

Don’t tell me you are always conscious when your spouse, boss, or parent is talking to you...

The reason I know this is because I used to drift in and out of the conversations. My subconscious mind was listening and nodding while I was off in dreamland.

The more you are mindful of negative thoughts, beliefs, and actions, the more control you have over the mystical powers of your subconscious mind.

This is how you can change your energy levels and better your life.

Start Being More Aware of Your Environment

By following these steps and being more mindful of your thoughts and your environment, you can increase your energy level. There is so much going on in the world, and it can be exhausting. By being more aware of your environment, you can start following these steps to keep the divine energy within you flowing freely.

Take a break from the news and stay away from energy vampires. Start eating healthier. Begin a Yoga routine. Start a meditation practice. Feed your mind with positivity.

By taking better care of your mind, body, and soul, you will raise your vibrational frequency and become a master co-creator.

The higher your vibes, the better your life will be.
